Prime Minister Samak stunned older Thais with a denial of any involvement in the 1976 student massacre at Thammasat University, despite his holding the position of Interior Minister. His claim of one death during the repression further confounded Thais, who wondered if they were living on the same planet as the PPP PM.
Maybe aliensabducted the young minister, as he has also stated he was fleeeing the police, since he had been accused as a communist. Photos have come to light showing Samak with the Field marshall in charge of quelling the supposed rebellion.
