Some farangs think that being Thai si never having to say you’re sorry.
I’ve heard kor thot from many Thais.
This week from an unexpected source
Samak included on his ministerial list the familiar name of Pol. Capt. Chalerm. This appointment came a a surprise to most Thais and farangs, however PC Chalerm speedily apologized for his past scandals involving his pesky sons. He also thanks the PM for this opportunity to serve the nation. His contrition is an amazing turn-about, since prior to the Dec. 23 election he had vowed to leave the PPP if his sons weren’t allowed to run for office in Bangkok.
All they want to do is party, of course their fun tended to start where most peoples ends.
I guess they’ve learn the error of their ways too, for Chalerm has stated that his beloved heirs will not be invited to serve under their father. This unfair exile from power comes despite the dismissal of murder charges against his son. A simple case of mistaken identification and a good alibi re-locating him away from the scene of the fatal incident.
Magic?
Innocence?
How about giving the guy a break?
He’s aming at eradicating drugs, strengthening crime laws, and instituting a self-help program for the elderly to stave off poverty.
Maybe he will adopt them all.
Such re-born goodness should given a second chance.
Of course it only took him a week to also say that he wanted to eliminate Old Blue Eyes’ critics, proviing in many cases forgiveness is a one-way street which many people drive down the wrong way.
